Good stuff, I've been playing with Maya lighting for some time and always end up making new scene's for each project I go with. This is great for model showcasing. Thanks a bunch.
BTW: The model you included is pretty slick. Without changing any settings with the base file the setup took 5:41 to render in Maya 2010 64bit.

its kinda funny how thought here are nto many tuts on here they are better then most well that are free. hard to find good maya tuts wish someone would put a few up for rigging in maya. thanks for the tut.

Damn. I would use this... if I had maya. XD

Unfortunately, all I've got is blender, and not only is the tutorial useless for that, but it also can't import .mb files.
